Two free online events are being offered to help people dealing with loneliness, self-doubt, and emotional overload.

The first event is the Power of Love Summit, a free online gathering running from June 2 through June 8. The summit features more than 40 speakers in psychology, spirituality, trauma healing, and conscious relationships. Speakers include Tara Brach, Kristin Neff, Sharon Salzberg, Rick Hanson, Nicole LePera, and John and Julie Gottman.

The summit covers topics such as healing emotional wounds, building self-love, quieting self-doubt, creating deeper connections in relationships, mending family ties, and turning heartbreak into strength. The event also includes guided practices like breathwork, meditation, journaling, dance, affirmations, and a sound bath.

Organizers say the summit goes beyond basic advice to address the root causes of disconnection and self-doubt. The event looks at love in all its forms, including self-love, romantic partnership, family bonds, friendship, and the role of love in healing communities.

The second event is The Seven Strengths, a free week-long online course focused on finding calm during stressful times. The course starts May 13. It includes short daily teachings and guided practices designed to help people feel less reactive, reconnect with compassion, build emotional resilience, and create a steadier inner foundation.

The Seven Strengths features teachers Rick Hanson, Sharon Salzberg, and Kristin Neff. The course is normally valued at $110, but it is being offered for free as a gesture of support. Those who register also receive three bonus gifts.

Both events are open to anyone feeling lonely, overwhelmed, or ready to live with a more open heart.
